Tathagata Samanta currently serves as a CPG Sales Consultant at Mcleod Russel India Limited since July 2021 and has been an Associate Trainer and Co-Founder at Asian School of Tea since September 2016, where Tathagata conceptualized business strategies, spearheaded international expansion, and trained over 1000 students. Prior experience includes co-founding NOSTEALGIA, a B2B tea export business, where Tathagata achieved significant revenue growth and expanded the team, and working as a Field Project Consultant for Lavazza Group, developing sustainable marketing strategies while collaborating with international NGOs. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Green Blades Beverages, and earlier internships at State Bank of India and AIESEC. Tathagata holds a Master of Food and Beverage Management from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Calcutta.
