Brent Cooper is a seasoned lawyer and partner at McLeod Law LLP since 2000, specializing in business litigation, shareholder and partnership issues, M&A consultancy, general dispute litigation, and dispute resolution. Brent has been an active member of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since December 2014, participating in the HR & Governance, Finance, and Policy Directives Committees. Additionally, Brent served on the Board of Directors for the Calgary Opera from September 2012 to June 2016, including a role on the Finance Committee. Brent holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Manitoba.
