In his construction litigation practice, Graham routinely acts for project owners, contractors, and suppliers in disputes arising concerning industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects. He is well-versed in assisting clients facing builder’s liens, delay claims, tendering disputes, and construction deficiency claim.
Graham has experience resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, the Courts, and other forms of dispute resolution. However, whenever possible he applies the insight attained through his years as a litigator to help clients identify and defuse potential issues before they escalate and become litigation.
