Missy Kittner has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at McLennan Community College since March 2010, following roles as Associate Director and Comp and Benefits Specialist. Responsibilities have included managing all compensation and benefits functions for the institution. Prior to this, Missy Kittner worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Fina Oil and Chemical from September 1987 to May 1992, focusing on programming and user support for the Chemical and Logistics Division. Missy Kittner holds a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from Baylor University.
