Mikaila Walls currently serves as a Recruiter for McLean County Unit 5 School District, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Mikaila accumulated extensive experience at State Farm from May 2016 to October 2023, advancing through various positions including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, Underwriting Associate, and Creative Associate. In addition, Mikaila worked as an Airport Agent for Envoy Air from October 2022 to May 2023 and began their career as an Advertising Production Artist at The Vidette from August 2015 to May 2016. Mikaila is an alumna of Illinois State University, where coursework was completed between 2012 and 2016.
