Ali Tulbah has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning more than two decades. Ali started their career at Accenture as a Consultant, where they worked from July 1993 to April 1998. Ali then moved on to the U.S. House of Representatives as a Staff Assistant for Congressman Joe Barton in April 1998. In June 1998, they joined the United States Senate as a Special Assistant to Senator Phil Gramm, a position they held until January 2001. After their time in the Senate, Ali Tulbah worked at the Executive Office of the President at The White House as an Associate Director of Cabinet Affairs from January 2001 to September 2004. In 2003, they briefly served as the Chief of Staff for International Coordination at the Coalition Provisional Authority of Iraq. Their next role was at McLarty Associates, where they started as a Director in April 2005. Ali then progressed to become a Managing Director in January 2011 and finally became a Managing Director and Partner in January 2017.
Ali Tulbah attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Engineering Route to Business.
