Katelyn Harrison, CRCR, RHIA, is an experienced professional in healthcare revenue cycle management, currently serving as the Revenue Cycle Optimization Manager at McLaren Health Care since June 2018. Katelyn specializes in projects, workflow optimization, and patient access operations, managing a team of four direct reports. Previous roles include Revenue Cycle Project Lead, overseeing significant projects such as EHR implementation across eight hospitals and eligibility assistance vendor implementation for eleven hospitals. Katelyn also served as a Revenue Cycle Analyst, where responsibilities included data analytics support for 14 hospitals and optimizing Cerner implementation.
