Roger Duran is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive chef roles, currently serving as Executive Chef and Beverage Director at Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport since July 2018. Duran also holds the position of Executive Chef at The Corner and has been a Chef at MCL Restaurant & Bakery and an Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants since November 2017 and September 2016, respectively. Additionally, Duran is involved with Bon Appétit Management Company and has been an Executive Chef in Le Mans, France, since June 2012. Duran contributes to the culinary community as Vice President and Membership Chair of the American Culinary Federation Greater Indianapolis Chapter, focusing on membership growth and partnerships. Educational background includes studies at South Lake Tahoe Community College from 2002 to 2003.
