Sacha-Rose Phillips is a skilled professional in climate and energy policy, currently serving as a Program Officer for the Midwest Climate & Energy at the McKnight Foundation since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager and Associate focused on Medium and Heavy Duty Electric Vehicles at the Environmental Defense Fund, along with consulting for UNDP on policy matters. Sacha-Rose has an extensive educational background, holding a Master of Public Policy in Energy Policy and a Master of Science in Environment & Sustainability with a focus on Environmental Justice from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Carleton College. Additional experience includes a staff assistant position at the University of Michigan's School of Information and internships at UNDP.
