John Dingeman is a seasoned professional in the appraisal industry with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as Chief Appraiser at Class Valuation since January 2019, John emphasizes quality and technology in appraisals. John has held prominent positions including Immediate Past President of the National Association of Appraisers, where oversight of legislative activities concerning real property appraisals is a key responsibility. Additionally, as Past President of the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers, John advocated for legislative advancements in the appraisal profession in Arizona. John's previous roles include Chief Appraiser at Landmark Network and AppraisalTek, and instructor for appraisal licensing at The Columbia Institute and Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. John earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has actively contributed to the governance of local organizations as well.
