Paul MacNaughton is a Senior Program Manager - Energy at McKinstry, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability solutions across the Southeast since August 2024. Previously, Paul served as an Energy Engineer at Dynamiq, where responsibilities included improving energy and sustainability outcomes for clients. With a comprehensive background in energy engineering, including retrocommissioning and ASHRAE Level I & II energy audits at Overlay Consulting, Paul has demonstrated expertise in optimizing building performance. Additional experience includes teaching kayaking skills as an instructor with Renaissance Adventure Guides, holding leadership roles at the University of Denver Club Kayaking, and gaining engineering experience through internships at SRAM, LLC, and Rexam Beverage Cans. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Denver, completed in 2015.
