Suruchi Pandey is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at McKinsey & Company since February 2022, Suruchi previously held the role of Senior Human Resource Business Partner at KPMG India from November 2019 to February 2022 and worked as an Executive Human Resources Business Partner at Tata Elxsi from June 2018 to November 2019. Suruchi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Chandigarh Engineering College.
