Saisha Srivastava currently serves as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company since June 2021, where responsibilities encompass new business development, infrastructure, and sustainability projects. As the Founder of Partner With Purpose, a nonprofit initiative launched in July 2022, Saisha facilitates collaborations between purpose-driven companies and grassroots nonprofits across 35 cities in 25 countries. Prior experience includes roles in business development at Saisha Infra Projects Limited and NS Corporation, as well as strategic partnerships at the Foundation for a Smoke-Free World. Saisha's early career involved various internships focused on financial inclusion and market research, along with academic research at Vassar College, where a Bachelor's Degree in Econometrics & Quantitative Economics and Chinese was earned.
