Rebecca Nicolson is a seasoned professional in recruitment and business management with extensive experience at McKinsey & Company, where roles progressed from Junior Recruiter to Senior Recruiter from June 2019 to the present. Prior to this, Rebecca served as a Campus Recruitment Coordinator at TD from March 2018 to March 2019 and held the position of Office Assistant and PA to the CEO at OGIC from October 2015 to September 2016. Additional earlier experience includes serving as a Business Partner at Househill Courtyard from April 2008 to August 2012. Academically, Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Management from Robert Gordon University and has further education in International Business Management from Boston University, along with a BSc (Hons) in Surveying from Robert Gordon University.
