Kgosietsile II Matthews Mmopi is an accomplished professional with a significant leadership role as Chairperson (Volunteership) at the Youth Alliance for Leadership and Development in Africa since 2016. Kgosietsile has been a Partner at McKinsey & Company since May 2010, where leadership includes overseeing the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa Life Sciences Practice and the Africa Recruiting Function. An International Fellow at the Aspen Institute from September 2014 to September 2017, Kgosietsile's academic credentials include a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) from the University of Oxford, an A.B. in Economics and African Studies from Harvard University, and an International Baccalaureate® Diploma from The Armand Hammer United World College, as well as a brief educational experience at International People's College in Denmark.
