Madhumitha Aravanan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive and consulting industries. Currently serving as an Asset Leader at McKinsey & Company since May 2016, Madhumitha leads the EV Insights capability, advising clients on the impact of advanced EV technologies. Madhumitha has also held roles such as Global Asset Portfolio Manager for Advanced Industries, overseeing technology incubation projects, and Operations Manager, where financial and operational performance of client-facing technology teams were managed. Prior experience includes positions at Maruti Suzuki India Limited and Suzuki Motor Corp in Japan, focusing on product development and design engineering. Madhumitha holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Tech in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
