Ahmad Aboudi is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in establishing and leading Project Management Offices (PMOs) across various sectors in Saudi Arabia. Currently serving as Associate Partner at Elixir Management Consultancy, part of McKinsey & Company, Ahmad has previously held significant roles as Director at Method Corp., overseeing key initiatives such as the PMO setup for the Ministry of Housing and the development of strategic plans for municipal authorities. With a foundational career beginning at ONEWORLD Software Solutions and culminating in leadership positions at Estarta Solutions, Ahmad possesses a strong technical background in software engineering and project delivery. Ahmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Jordan and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Project Management Office Certified (PMOC).
