Dave Gielchinsky has a wealth of work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dave began their career at Euro RSCG Life - LM&P as a Senior Traffic Manager from September 2000 to April 2002. Dave then moved to JM Ridgeworth Inc. where they served as the Director of Operations from April 2002 to July 2010. Following this, they joined Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness as a Project Manager from July 2010 to October 2012.

Gielchinsky then transitioned to IOMEDIA, where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager from October 2012 to December 2013 and Associate Director of Project Management from January 2014 to June 2015. Dave later joined Havas Life New York as the Director of Project Management from July 2015 to February 2017 and subsequently as the VP and Director of Operations from February 2018 to December 2018.

Continuing their career, Gielchinsky moved to Havas Health Plus as the VP and Director of Operations from January 2019 to February 2021. Dave then took on the role of Group Senior Vice President, Operations and Client Delivery at Marina Maher Communications from March 2021 to May 2022.

Currently, Gielchinsky serves as the Director of Health Operations at McKinney, starting in November 2022.

Dave Gielchinsky obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Emory University between the years 1992 and 1996. In 2000 to 2001, they attended the School of Visual Arts to study Graphic Design. In 2009, they received training in Architectural Visualization and BIM (Building Information Modeling) from Autodesk Training Center. Later, in 2011, Dave pursued Design and Visual Communications, General at Pratt Institute. Additionally, they obtained Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum.org in November 2020.
