Ramon B. Alarcon is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background in bilingual education and healthcare compliance. Currently serving as a Bilingual Interventionist at McKinney ISD since December 2020, previous roles include 4th grade bilingual teacher at Greenwood Hills Elementary and 6th grade ELAR/SLAR/Social Studies teacher at Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy. Alarcon has also worked within the Dallas Independent School District as a bilingual teacher and held various positions in the healthcare and financial planning sectors. Alarcon holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Affairs and Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University, and is completing a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration.
