Michaela Karlesses, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Client Services Coordinator and Recruiting Associate at McKinley Marketing Partners, Inc. since October 2021, where responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing job postings, and developing targeted recruiting strategies. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of the West Chester University Student Government Association, advocating for student concerns, and functioning as a Leadership Consultant, creating virtual events for Greek organizations. Michaela also held roles in various capacities within West Chester University, including Desk Assistant, Content Creator, Ram Card Assistant, and Orientation Leader, showcasing a strong background in student services and engagement. Michaela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, with a minor in Contemplative Studies, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2021.
