Kim Crawford is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and office administration. Currently serving as HR Manager at McKinley Marketing Partners since October 2015, Kim is responsible for hiring, onboarding, employee coaching, and benefits management. Additionally, Kim has been the Office/Human Resources Manager at CEI since July 2011, focusing on accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and employee relations. Previous roles include Office Manager at Conservation Solutions, Inc., and HR Director at Capitol Hill Club, where Kim managed financial and human resource functions. Kim holds education in Accounting and HR from Rockhurst University and Marshall University, as well as a diploma in General Studies from Huntington East High School.
