Kari Elofson is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at McKibbon Hospitality since January 2013, Kari has also held the role of Regional Vice President of Operations within the company. Previous positions include Regional Director of Operations and General Manager at Concord Hospitality Enterprises from June 2009 to January 2013, Hotel Manager at Belleview Biltmore Resort & Spa from November 2005 to June 2009, and General Manager at Ocean Properties from 2002 to 2005. Kari’s career began at HI Development, where the individual served as General Manager from 1989 to 2002.
