Emily Mikel has a diverse work experience with a range of roles in different industries. Emily began their career in 2013 as a Cashier/Ride Attendant at The Track Family Fun Parks. In the same year, they also worked as a Scorekeeper/Umpire at Hub City Sports Officials. In 2014, Emily worked as a Sales Representative at Justice before joining McKibbon Hospitality in 2015. At McKibbon Hospitality, they held multiple positions including Guest Service Representative, Sales and Service Coordinator, and currently serves as the Director of Sales. Emily has been with McKibbon Hospitality since 2015.

Emily Mikel completed their education in the following institutions:

- From 1999 to 2012, they attended Baker School and obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies.

- From 2011 to 2012, they also attended Northwest Florida State College, studying General Studies.

- Finally, from 2012 to 2017, they attended the University of West Florida, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Advertising.
