Brandon Maynard is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Food & Beverage Director at McKibbon Hospitality since February 2017. Prior roles include Cocktail Consultant, Executive Chef, and General Manager at fresh.local.good. Food Group from February 2015 to February 2017, and various leadership positions, such as Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Embassy Suites between January 2014 and April 2016. Brandon also held the title of Executive Chef and F&B Director at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites from January 2013 to January 2014, and General Manager at Charbucks restaurants from January 2009 to January 2013. Brandon's career began at Marriott Hotels as a Catering Chef and Line Cook from August 2005 to January 2009. Brandon holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts-Pittsburgh.
