Lance Franke is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Counsel for Distribution Operations & Licensing at McKesson since November 2021, Lance has previously held positions such as Senior Counsel at Old World Industries, where responsibilities included participating in Board meetings and providing litigation strategies to executive leadership. At Walgreens, Lance advised on regulatory and compliance issues for over 9,500 retail pharmacy locations, while prior roles at TRADEBE Environmental Services and Sears Holdings Corporation involved managing legal budgets and overseeing regulatory inquiries. Lance began a legal career at Jeep & Blazer LLC, accumulating litigation experience, and has also worked as an Environmental Claims Specialist at Zurich Insurance. Lance holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from UC Santa Barbara.
