Donald Conley is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at McKesson since May 2017, Donald has a strong background in operational support and problem resolution, having previously worked as a Tier 3 Engineer at Cbeyond from June 2008 to October 2016. In this role, Donald managed data and voice issues, collaborated with engineering teams for network enhancements, and executed large-scale migrations that included over 1.5 million MGCP endpoints. Earlier experience as an Applications Management Group Technician involved supporting the migration of a substantial number of mailboxes and resolving high-level application issues.
