Catherine Tsien Swick currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for The US Oncology Network and Head of Cell and Gene Therapy Commercial Operations at McKesson, a position held since September 2023. Previously, from September 2021 to December 2023, Catherine was the Vice President and General Manager at Intrafusion by McKesson. Catherine’s extensive experience at McKesson includes roles as Senior Vice President of Provider Strategy and Marketing, where the focus was on developing go-to-market strategies for the specialty provider market, and as Vice President of Specialty Provider Strategy, leading growth initiatives. Catherine's background also includes positions at Aetna as a Strategic Planner, and at CIGNA as a Summer Intern. Additionally, Catherine worked at The Lewin Group, where significant contributions were made in analyzing Medicaid health plans and implementing cost-saving opportunities. Catherine holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University.
