Arati Chavan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in identity and access management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Chief Member at Chief, Arati is dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles. At Elevance Health, Arati holds the position of Staff Vice President and Global Head of Identity and Access Management, leading a significant portfolio and fostering a collaborative culture among a large global team. Previous roles include Staff VP at Anthem, Inc., where Arati directed identity and access initiatives, and VP at Synchrony, where a rapid project delivery and significant program management were achieved. Arati's skills were further honed at GE Digital through transformative IT security projects and at Citizens Financial Group, further establishing a robust background in technology management and security architecture.
