Kimberley Chiang has an extensive background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on business development and leadership roles. Starting in 1996 at Calea as a Senior Account Director, they later transitioned to McKesson in 2012, where they held various positions including General Manager and Managing Director of Infusion and Nursing Services. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the VP GM of Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy at McKesson Specialty Canada, overseeing a network of infusion clinics and specialty pharmacies. Their experience also includes directing business development initiatives at McKesson Canada. Throughout their career, Kimberley has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in the healthcare sector.

Kimberley Chiang completed a Masters degree in Certification Project Management, PMP at York University Schulick School of Business from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued Advanced Practice Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1992 to 1995. Kimberley began their education in the field of Registered Nursing at Centennial College from 1985 to 1987.
