Aleah Martin is an experienced professional in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Field Services and Store Technology and Sr. Manager of Customer Care at McKesson Canada since January 2017, where management of a Pharmacy Technology Helpdesk is a key responsibility. Previously, Aleah held the position of Manager of Operations - TPA Outsourcing at Canada Protection Plan from July 2015 to January 2017, leading operational teams to deliver superior service to policyholders and brokers. Aleah's career also includes role as Manager of Payment Services at Foresters, where significant contributions were made to the automation of accounts receivable and compliance, earning recognition with an Annual Company Award. Aleah began the insurance career at Manulife Financial from 1998 to 2009, developing foundational expertise in life insurance and annuities as a Case Manager and Team Leader.
