Britt Gardner is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Startup Banking at J.P. Morgan since September 2023. In addition, Britt is a volunteer MCJ City Community Host in Boston for MCJ Collective, an organization focused on advancing climate solutions through collaboration. Previously, Britt held various roles at Silicon Valley Bank from 2020 to 2023, including Director and Senior Vice President for Early Stage Tech Startups. Britt also served as Director of Business Development at Metrobi and held positions at HBO in Financial Planning and Strategic Analysis, as well as early-stage investment roles at MESA Global. With a strong background in finance and startup advisory, Britt possesses extensive experience in fostering innovation and strategic growth within the tech and entertainment sectors. Britt earned a Bachelor of Science with honors, double majoring in International Business and Finance from Georgetown University.
