Anya Broytman

Community Interpreter at MCIS Language Solutions

Anya Broytman is an experienced language instructor and educator with a strong focus on French and Russian languages. Currently serving as a French Instructor at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology since October 2024, Anya delivers virtual evening classes for adult professionals at the A2 level. Anya has also fulfilled roles as a Community Interpreter at MCIS Language Solutions and a French Teacher at Blyth Academy, teaching various grade levels. Teaching Assistant experience at the University of Toronto includes support for courses such as MUN200 and POL387. Previous positions encompass instructing French and Russian at Hansa Language Centre, conducting an internship in Jewish history at Centropa, and teaching English as a Second Language at Oxford International Education Group. Anya holds a Master of Arts in Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from the same institution.
