Phil Lafone has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Phil currently works at McIntyre Compliance Services as a Business Development Manager, a role they have held since February 2023. Previously, from March 2020 to February 2023, Phil worked at Lindström as a National Sales Manager, where they focused on providing textile services to customers in Europe and Asia. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Micronclean Ltd from December 2017 to February 2020, at CLEAN Linen Services Ltd from June 2015 to September 2017, at FCC Environment from August 2012 to June 2015, and at Williams BMW from January 2007 to April 2009. Phil also gained experience as a Sales Executive at Bowker BMW from September 2010 to August 2012 and as a Financial Advisor at deVere Group from January 2009 to August 2010.

Phil Lafone attended Derby High School from 1988 to 1993. Phil did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Later on, from 1995 to 1997, they attended the University of Central Lancashire and earned a Diploma in Newspaper Journalism.
