Mark Agar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark started their career in 1998 as a Box Office Manager at Jongleurs Ltd, where they managed a team, maintained service quality, and implemented various strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales. Mark then joined Chubb Fire & Security in 2005 as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing the service engineering team, meeting contractual and budgetary commitments, and ensuring exceptional customer service. In 2017, they joined Amberstone Technology Limited (GmbH) as the Head of Service, overseeing service operations until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Head of Service Management at Carter Group. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Fire and Security at McIntyre Compliance Services, starting in 2022.

Mark Agar attended London Metropolitan University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography.
