Justin Sword is a highly motivated professional with diverse experience in finance, policy research, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Sales & Trading Summer Analyst at Citi since June 2024, Justin has held analytical roles at the McIntire Investment Institute and previously interned at LMR Partners. Experience as a Debate Coach at Platinum Debate and participation as a speaker at the Institute for General Semantics highlight strong communication skills. Internship roles at the Staten Island Economic Development Corp. and the Office of Senator Diane Savino focused on grant development and educational policy research during the COVID-19 pandemic. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Chief Financial Officer for the New York Mock Trial League and as a Field Manager for Meridian Strategies. Justin is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Virginia, expected to graduate in 2025, following a strong academic background from Stuyvesant High School.
