Brad joined MCIC Vermont in 2019 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining MCIC, Brad spent over 28 years with Travelers Insurance, where he supported a variety of business segments, including Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Bond and Specialty, Risk Control, and Insurance Operations. He was Regional Vice President, Human Resources–Underwriting, Sales, Service and Regional Vice President, Human Resources–Claim. Brad obtained his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology from Brigham Young University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
