Marc C. Heath, CFI, CFE has extensive experience in the field of security and fraud prevention. Marc C. is the Chief Executive Officer of MCH Security and Protective Services, LLC, where they focus on providing security solutions and high-risk security operations. Marc C. has also served as an Advisory Council Member for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, where they participated in member surveys, spoke at events, and assisted in professional development activities. Additionally, they have worked as a Fraud Prevention Team Manager for Santander Bank, N.A., and as the Director of Security and Public Safety for MarketStreet Lynnfield, overseeing all aspects of public safety and security for the shopping venue. Throughout their career, they have held various managerial roles in loss prevention and investigations for companies such as Dollar Tree Stores, BJ's Wholesale Club, Albertsons/Supervalu, Macy's East, and Lechmere. In their role at BJ's Wholesale Club, they successfully managed internal and external investigative activity and developed loss prevention systems. Marc C. also has experience as a Consultant, providing fraud examination services, threat assessments, and physical security reviews.

Marc C. Heath, CFI, CFE has a background in Criminal Justice from North Shore Community College. Marc C. also has military training in Military Police Units/NBC and MP functions from the US Army-Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Warfare. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in 2009 and Certified Forensic Interviewer (Legacy) from the International Association of Interviewers in 2008. Marc C. is also a member of the International Security Driver Association, Inc. (ISDA) and has completed the Senior Leader Course: Sports and Entertainment Security Exam and Certificate from NCS in 2024.
