Opal Beckman currently serves as the Manager of Law Student Recruiting at McGuireWoods LLP, where responsibilities include co-chairing the Professional Staff Diversity & Inclusion Council and the Women Champions Group. Opal is actively involved in the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), contributing to the 2023 Legal Recruiting Summit Planning Team and serving as Vice Chair for NALP's LGBTQ+ Work Group. Previous experience includes roles at Wells Fargo as a Corporate Recruiter, Nolan Transportation Group as an Account Manager, and Metro Systems Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. Opal holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Radford University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Western Community College.
