Prior to that, they held roles at Enterprise Community Partners, serving as a Digital Engagement Specialist, and Charm City Cakes as a Designer, Sculptor, and Cake Engineer. Erica also has experience at NPR, where they worked in various roles, including Manager & Website Developer and Transcript Fulfillment Assistant.
