Kelly McGuinn is an accomplished executive in the homebuilding industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Division President at McGuinn Homes since April 2024, Kelly previously held the same title at Dream Finders Homes for a brief period and spent nearly nine years at Crescent Homes in multiple leadership positions, including Division President, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Area Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as Division Manager for Holiday Builders and Operations Manager for McGuinn Hybrid Homes. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and Finance from Lander University.
