Joe Mato has nearly a decade of experience in HR digitalization and analytics, currently serving as the Operations & Delivery Lead at McGuckin Group since August 2017. Previously, Joe held roles at Tesla from September 2017 to October 2021, including Product Analyst and Project Manager for Recruiting Analytics, focusing on system development for the global Recruiting organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Analyst II and Human Development Analyst at Jabil from January 2011 to August 2017, where efforts centered on workforce planning and talent management. Joe began a career at Jabil as an intern in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
