Zulfikar Ahmed is a seasoned professional in human resources analytics and compensation strategy, currently serving as the Principal People Analytics Lead in Global HR Operations at McGraw Hill since March 2022. In this role, Zulfikar has successfully executed data-driven projects to enhance workforce performance, employing advanced statistical techniques for HR data analysis. Zulfikar has held leadership positions focusing on global compensation strategy, developing comprehensive programs and tools that support data-driven decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle. Previous experience includes roles at Ericsson, Ford Motor Company, FIS, and Teleperformance, where Zulfikar managed various HR functions, workforce forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
