Jordan McWherter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and customer experience, currently serving as Sr. Manager, Service Desk & IT Service Management at McGraw Hill since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jordan held various positions at the Office of the Chief Information Officer over a 12-year span, culminating in the role of Senior Manager of Customer Experience. Additional experience includes management positions in video production at the Ohio Air National Guard and risk analysis at J.P. Morgan Chase. Jordan's academic background includes a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Global Intelligence and Security from The Ohio State University and technical training in visual information and video production from the Defense Information School.
