Rachel Mundell is a Customer Success Specialist at McGraw Hill Higher Education, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel gained extensive experience at Barnes & Noble College, serving as Regional Manager, General Manager, and Store Manager from May 2003 to July 2022. Rachel holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Indiana State University, completed between 2000 and 2004.
