Merissa Mesle, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 27 years. Merissa currently serves as an HR Business Partner at McGrath RentCorp, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte as a Lead Talent Business Advisor, where they played a key role in implementing human resources programs and initiatives. From 2016 to 2018, Merissa was the Human Resources Director at GSG - Graphic Solutions Group Inc., where they led the HR department during a period of rapid growth. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Photo Etch/FTG Aerospace Inc. and Human Resource Manager at Foxconn, where they spearheaded various HR operations and programs. In 2007, they served as the Branch Manager at CoWorx Staffing Services, overseeing daily operations and securing new accounts. Merissa'sextensive experience in the staffing industry includes a role as a Client Delivery Manager at Spherion from 1993 to 2006. Overall, Merissa Mesle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in human resources, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development to their current role as an HR Business Partner.

Merissa Mesle, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their education at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communications/English.

In addition to their undergraduate studies, Merissa has also attained various certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Merissa received the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011. Later, in 2015, they obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

To further expand their skill set and knowledge, Merissa also completed a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in September 2020.
