Jess Alvial is an experienced professional in property management and operations, currently serving as General Manager - Franchise Property Management and Area Manager at McGrath Estate Agents since September 2023. Previously, Jess worked in operations at Leesy and held the National Head Of Customer Experience and Head Of Operations positions at propper from April 2019 to June 2023. From May 2017 to January 2019, Jess served as General Manager at Ray White Green Square Botany, overseeing all business operations and fostering office culture and community initiatives. Earlier experience includes the role of Team Manager in Property Management at BresicWhitney, responsible for managing 25 staff across property management departments. Jess holds a Diploma of Business from TAFE NSW and a Class 1 Real Estate Licence from REINSW.
