Ashley Rai is an accomplished underwriting professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Underwriting Manager at McGowan Allied Specialty Insurance since March 2020, Ashley has previously held significant roles such as Underwriter II and team leader at AXA XL from May 2018 to March 2020, and Underwriter with XL Catlin from September 2016 to April 2018. Beginning a career in underwriting at T.H.E Insurance Company and Allied Specialty Insurance, Ashley contributed from October 2005 to 2016 in policy production. Early experience includes working as Legal Aid at Rooth & Rooth Law Firm from September 2009 to October 2010. Educational qualifications include a CLCS from National Underwriters and an Associate's Degree from St. Petersburg College, with ongoing studies in CPSR 440 at Central Insurance School.
