Graysi Gartman has a diverse range of work experience. Graysi started their career at Camp Nakanawa as a Camp Counselor and Musical Theatre Director, where they oversaw productions and served as a glee club instructor. Graysi then worked at J&L Marketing, Inc. as a Promotions Coordinator and Business Growth Strategist. Graysi later joined The Diversified Trading Institute as a Marketing Coordinator, where they coordinated online events and promoted trader education. Currently, Graysi is working at MCG Workforce Solutions as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of Marketing & Recruiting. In this role, they oversee in-house operations, client management, and recruiting efforts nationwide, as well as producing all marketing materials and ads for the company.

Graysi Gartman obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received a diploma from Saint Paul's Episcopal School, between 2003 and 2007.
