Joseph Packer has worked in the software engineering and web development industries since 2011. Joseph began their career as a Team Sports Representative at Dicks Sporting Goods in 2011. In 2012, they were hired as a Desktop/Field Technician and Lead Web Technician at the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. In 2014, they joined ITM TwentyFirst as a Lead Software Engineer and Web Developer. Joseph currently works as a Senior Application Developer at MCG Energy Solutions, LLC, where they have been employed since 2018.

Joseph Packer attended Dunwoody College of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Web Programming & Database Development in 2013 and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis in 2015.
