Bernard Abelson P.Eng, TOPS, ENV SP has a strong background in civil engineering and transportation planning. With experience in various managerial roles, Bernard has worked with companies such as McElhanney, CH2M HILL, ISL Engineering & Land Services, TTT Africa, and Barloworld Energy Systems. Bernard holds a BSc and an MSc in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
